CardBarn ships worldwide from Bierbeek, Belgium. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays. During peak periods (e.g. holiday season) additional delays may occur.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order through the carrier's website.
Carriers
We ship via SendCloud using trusted carriers including GLS, bpost, DPD, Mondial Relay, DHL and UPS, depending on your destination.
Customs & duties (outside the EU)
For shipments to the UK, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and other non-EU countries, customs declarations are required by law. Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. CardBarn ships on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis — we are not responsible for any charges applied by the destination country's customs authority.
Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order.
Packaging
All cards are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the same condition as listed. Singles are sleeved and protected. High-value orders receive additional protection (toploaders, rigid packaging).
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@cardbarn.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that investigations can take 7–14 business days to resolve.
