Our commitment

At CardBarn, we take great care in grading and packaging every order. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is in the same condition as received
  • The item has not been played, used or further damaged
  • You contact us at info@cardbarn.com before sending anything back

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item sent, item not as described).

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Sealed products that have been opened
  • Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price
  • Gift cards

Wrong item or not as described

If you received the wrong item or an item that does not match the listed condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cardbarn.com with a photo of the item received. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the item. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — the standard return process applies.
